I think it is unfair for a person to rate a game as bad due to their computers capabilities. It does nothing to help other members regarding possiblity likability for the game.

I would have to agree as well. If someone is having problems with their computer, they are more than welcome to post it here on the message board, or in the Site Feedback board, and maybe some other members will be able to help.
But to penalize the game maker because of problems completely unrelated to the game itself is unfair.
On another note, it's also unfair to rate a game poorly just because there's no "web play" version available. If that really bothers someone, again, they can contact the game maker and request it, or post on the boards. But it should have no bearing on the actual rating of the actual game itself.

That's a big agreement on my behalf about bad ratings as unfair as well because there is no web version.
