Faith, there are several different situations being described in the posts. The anti-spyware I'm referring to will only help those whose game has just frozen with the timer still running. The issues related to the gems just starting to shake amd giving the messages "out of matches' or 'claimjumpers stole the gems' are different. For people running Windows based systems, MSN has several anti-spyware recommendations. I became very familiar with this problem when I played Collapse on another site. I'd be clicking on moves, nothing would happen, but the rows kept advancing .

Hi every1, I was just in the tournament and I received a sending error report message to micro soft, and it closed down my game and internet explorer . This happened to me before, and grab.com was gracious enough to refund my grabbles. But I was wondering if it happens to anyone else. I have everything updated, java, flash, shockwave, ect. I'd sure appreciate any suggestions on this problem. I have an old computer, running windows 98, this is the only game that this happens with.

I am having the same problem, The game is really screwy now. I could play and play and play now I cant even get to second cave without freezing up. Not to mention the lagging and s l o w .... I played in a tourney and paid 100 grabbles and the game just disapeared twice and froze up on me twice then became so slow I just gave up. I wrote to grab and no reply yet. arrrgggghhhh

For all you people haveing problems with the games they don't know it unless you tell them. I have contacted them several time and they then work on the problems.
Go to bottom of page click on contact us tell them your problem and what games. They will email you and you can reply.
Works for me.

I have played the game to the end many times and it never stops unless im out of time.
Mabey you need to contact them and let them know your haveing a problem They will email you.
I put the information in reply I think its on page 4. I have contacted them many time. They then know theres a problem.

dont hold your breath till they fix any games they all need fixed so sorry. They have some problems with down loads of spywere thay put on and that tears up the game. I just play a game for fun and let them have there coffee break and donuts. LOL

I reported too, let's see what happens. I have only had problems the past two days, other than that it was fine. When the banner loads on the top of the page, my game freezes, but the miner keeps going.........

when the jewels start shaking and fall of the screen it means that you have no more moves...buit i'm not sure about the whole computer freezing up though

Look at the bottom of the mine...If the old man gets all the way over to the left side before you get through the level, you loose and it crumbles!!

Hmm that has never happened to me. The only thing that has happened to me was (Its also in my post "Glitch?") Is in one click I completed the entire level. Hope its working for you all now. Sorry to hear about it cuz this game is so fun!!!

Your mail was from October 2005. It is now Jan 2007 and the problem is still there. Is ther ever going to be something done? We paid for this game so we could play it and use it. Now it just frustrates me.
It has also just seized and I had to shut down computer completely to get it to stop. Please help us? Ther is still an issue with this game.
