Yes I have been having prom. with some games too..
Chuzzle is one of the games I cant play eather..:-(

I had the same problem yesterday, froze on me couldnt click on the yewels but the drill keep on going. Then i closed it played again, got a score of almost 500,000 and didt register, showed this page can not be displayed, it's so frostreting when that happens. Please grab fix this problem

i just played a challenge here. and it quit again, but, this time it was in the first mine on the third level. did the same thing it did to me before too. bummer. and it was a low challenge too, one i could have beat. LOL oh well, i am getting the hang of this game. although not one of my favorites, it is still entertaining, and keeps me occupied, and passes the time. happy gaming to all of you! and hopefully grab will fix this glitch soon. it's aggravating enough to lose games on my own, without the help of a glitch. LOL

Well so far i haven't had any problems with jewel
miner, I think it just acts up differently on
other peoples computers.   Babygirl2238

Happened to me twice and I had more than half power.. very frustrating... however, i have played lots since and it has been fine.  Maybe the "glitches" are out

The Glitches is not fixed of yet, because I lost 2 more games that I think I could of beat. It does not do it all the time, but it does do it. I just hope they can get it fixed too, because I have 45 challenges in it and I am not playing it on challenges until it does get fixed. I hope everyone does not get mad, but there is no since in playing it in a challenge until they fix it for sure. I really love the game, but I have others I like even better that are working properly. Happy Gaming everyone!!

2nd mine, last board, one square left, plenty time, extras, and good score... then add changes and FROZEN AGAIN!!!!

I also have experianced the same thing, however, I noticed that it happens when you wait to long to make a move. Maybe I'm wrong, but it happend three times, every time when I couldn't find three matches fast enough.

I think you made a good point there Shecanbuild, and I thought maybe it was because it thought we was taking to long to make a match, but its happened to me when I was making matches left and right, and did not when I was having problems finding matches so that could be going either way on that. I really dont think it has anything to do with peoples computers being different, it just has a glitch that needs fixed and some people are just lucky about not having problems with it yet, and that is a good thing, I wish I was one of them..lol.
I would like to know if grab has found out anything about it yet, and how much longer it might be before its fixed. I have lots of challenges in it I would like to do.

For the first few days I had no problems with jewel miner but now I seem to have a timer problem too. it comes up with game over yet I still have over half the timer left...any suggestions? Hope it can be sorted out as this is a great game!!!!

Hey everyone, we have discovered the reason for the glitch. Basically the game is doing what it is supposed to, but we're not telling you why!

When playing Jewel Miner, it's possible for a situation to arise where NO MORE MATCHES ARE POSSIBLE. This is pretty rare, but it does happen.

If you get into a situation where there are no more matches possible, the jewels start to shake and then fall down.

It's our fault for not communicating what's happening better, and we're working right now to get a fixed version that tells people what's going on. We really apologize for this and will have a new version soon.

Thank you to everyone who posted, it really helped us figure out what was going wrong and what we can do to fix it!

I have had the same thing happen to me yesterday, and in the middle of a challenge also. I had plenty of time on the timer and it ended my game.

Thank you grabstaff for letting us know what the problem is. I can understand what you are saying, but I do want to ask this. If we still have the little carts to wipe out the rows and the drills, bombs and stuff, and we still have plenty of time left shouldnt we get to use those Items before it takes our game away. I can understand if we did not have nothing left and ran out of moves, that  would be the end of the game. When you said a new version, does this mean that this will not happen anymore?

im really confuse with this game im having the same problems so how is it there are others that arent having that prblm  does anyone have a answer for that  they are playing the same game as people who are having the game freeze or miner taking the gems while they have more than plenty of time  geesh something is wrong some where

I was really confused , then I thought it was because of the scales (it mentions something in the "how to play" bit) but I dont know. Ill just keep playing the game and then chucking a hissy fit because I lose!! Why change old habits!! LOL

Hi all

I love this game, but and it is one great big but, I am playing and getting a great score, when the whole things starts to shake as though I have got no more time left, I am only half way through that level, and pow games over, this glitch is really starting to annoy me as it has happen about 10 times now.

Any way that put aside I just have to keep playing it, over and over again.

well i went back to how to play and i think i figured out the prblm its not the scale but if you dont make a move every 2 seconds the miner takes the gold  pretty sure that is what is going on even if you have the time the miner will take it if you dont make the move  happy gaming now use the hint the second you dont see a move

I was doing so well and yes, it has happened to my two times now ... lots of time left and it shook and then....it was over!!

This is not the first time this happened to me while playing Jewel Miner. I should have had plenty of time left to play, but suddenly my game was over. It's starting to really make me mad.
