I have been having some problems with Jewel Miner. When I was on first mine 2nd level.
I was playing and it started shaking and ended my game and my time still had half or a quarter left on the timer. This has happened 3 times . It has froze up on me and my boyfriend before and he was in his second mine when that happened to him. I have had other friends tell me the same things that it was ending their game when it should not have and froze up on them. I was wondering if anyone eles is having problems with the game?

I was playing this morning and another member in the room said it froze up on her, not allowing her to make moves.
Then after I played 2-3 games it done me same way, dont know what board I was on game just froze and I had to end game and start over.

Hmmmm... Anyone else?

I still like this game, pretty good, I'll continue playing.

yes i have had same problem also, and a few people in the room has told me they were expieriencing the same thing.

Yeah it's happened to me twice now. This time after it happened it dawned on me that the timer had been in the middle for quite a while, so I think the time must get stuck some how.

Yes I have experienced the game shaking in the middle of playing. Touch wood it hasn't freezed up yet.

I would like to know why it freezes also.
In jewel quest the board does that when you have no more moves left. However I have had the board shake and the screen comes up that says the jewels were stolen but the little guy with the drill was over less than 1/2 way to the gems.
I thought maybe i had no more moves but i had   t-n-t and two of the little cart things, so I did actually have moves left.

That could be what is happening Shecanbuild. When it has started shaking on me like that when the timer had lots of time on it, I used up all my timer things and it still didnt help or stop it from ending my game. I am sure it is something simple that they can fix. I have talk to other people who have not had problems with it yet and I hope they dont.

well, i was doing really good. i finally got into the second mine, and, i believe it was the third or fourth level it said game over. and the claim jumpers were no where near where they were to be to win. grrrrr and i was doing good for once. oh well. kay sirrah sirrah!

i have the same problem
the board blocks with no more moves, cant use the dynamite but the guys still moving

WOW! Grab staff... are yous seeing this... can you help us?
I realize we should do the contact button, but it seems easier on staff to read all in a post...or is it easier??
I love this game I see lots and lots of people playing... I'm gonna keep on playing too..

btw .... I had the game end when Hansel was in the middle of the time bar too and it was a challenge

Okay,  this has happened to me three times now, (and one freeze up) 

The first two times,  I know I had matches left.
But this last time,  I believe that it was game over because I ran out of gem matches.  Seems strange though,  because I still had dinamite and power ups on the game board.  So I could have continued playing.

Very frustrating!

Well so far i haven't had any problems with jewel
miner, I think it just acts up differently on
other peoples computers.

Yes I have had the same thing happen to me, the one time I had over 300,000 and it said they stole my jewels and the game was over.  I was slightly confused. 

Thank you mist mist59, that was my next step!, thats why I posted it in the message board first so I could see if anyone eles was having this problem or if it was just my computer causing it. I am sure grab will look into it and get it fixed.

I just wanted to say that Lex from the Grab Staff has replyed to the problem and said they was looking into it.

I never tried today but I have several of the games from people and tried two last night from 2 different people and I could not get them to even load.Thanks

I AM WITH FAITH 42, I HAVE HAD THAT HAPPEN TO
ME 3 TIMES AND IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO PLAY
THIS GAME.  I WAS CLOSE TO 300,000 TODAY AND
FOR THE 3RD TIME SINCE I STARTED PLAYING
THIS GAME THE MINE STARTED TO SHAKE AND
IT SAID MINE CLAIMERS STOLE MY MINE OR
SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND I LOOKED AND MY CART
WAS ONLY A LITTLE SHY OF HALF WAY ACROSS AND
I HADN'T BEEN ON THAT ONE LONG ENOUGH.
PLAYING THAT LONG, LOSING THE CHALLENGE, AND
NOT MY FAULT, PLEASE FIX, GRAB TEAM!
