Hello All,
Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with the games here last now and still, as of right now.
I was first having problems with chat (blank page at every game but was able to send challenges. Later on, I started answering challenges and a pop-up came on asking me to install something, which I clicked NO. I could not challenge anyone after that. When the pop-up came on again, I clicked "Not to ask me again", still nothing.
The game comes on, says Done at the bottom, and then blank page.
I play here every night and am very addicted and I spent the whole night trying to figure this out. I re-installed my Macromedia Flash Shockwave Player, made sure Java was enabled and tried again, and still nothing. I do not intend to spend another night doing this again. I intend to write to grab.com customer service and I do hope I do not get your ready-made respone which takes 5 days and usually the response is not helpful. Been there, and do not intend to be there again. Many members feel the same way. If you want your members happy, then when there is a problem, it must be fixed immediately. I realize now that it is not my computer, that it is your game site. Anyone else who is having a problem, not just at this game but at most of the games, please let me know and post your problem.

hi there,

you probably need to install active X control for the games in pop up boxes to work, i know i had to do this. I still get some days where i cant do somethings but 99% of stuff i can do now and can play 99% of games some of the ladders games doesnt work properly for me eithier.

I'm having trouble also. Blank page it's just black . Help please i love this game

I too was having prblms last night went to the tournament and out of all of us only 3 were playing rest of us got the black page. We all complained to grab but as of this morning nothing from them. I did get a update on java so thats not the prblm. Just hoping it works this mornin  oh well its just a grab thing i guess

having problem with chat. cant see whos on & cant send messages.  sent message to grab. hope they can fix this problem.

i cant get the game to work either

Whew, I thought something was wrong with my computer!!! I started having problems yesterday and I play this game EVERYDAY. I made sure Java was updated and active X was updated but still I get a black blank screen!!!! It would really be nice if the games we want to play would work! Good luck on getting a reply from Grab!

I've been haveing problems also..i too thought it was my puter..i uninstalled & reinstalled all my java & everything..still no good..hope it gets back on track soon..i paid to play in tourneys & now i can't..but i'm out the sign up fee

Hi, Same here. I've tried to join two tournaments, one yesterday and another today and just get an error message *error loading the game*. That's two lost of grabbles Ive lost so I've emailed to tell them about it. Wish they would get it sorted.

Well I want to know why it have me the same format (block arrangement) twice. You are supposed to go on to the next one, right?
Now I don't really mind, because it was the easiest arrangement, but I afraid of another glitch.

Hello everyone ,there are many threads for this issue go to site feedback and there are some there. It all has to do with Gamehouse and its servers I think.It is not anyones computer.there is nothing wrong with your java it is between java and gamehouse where these games are from.Hope this helps some of you
