I can't get into this game to play it...All I get is a white box with a little red x in the corner..can anyone help?

you have to be fast.

i had that problem when i first came to grab. the spyware removal tool i had removed my java as spyware. so, i had to re-install it. if when you check, that you do still have java, then do your updates on it. ok?
i cannot see this game ever since grab changed. all i get is a yellow screen and everything is updated on my pc any suggestions folks? i have wrote to grab on numerous occasions, and i know that i am not the only one having this problem because of what posts i have read on the message boards. i do so love this game, and i miss being able to play it.

Same here, I only get the yellow screen. When loading it jumps quick to 100 percent and then the yellow screen then nothing.
I am holding onto a lot of challenges for this game and it is one of my favorites.

Same here I have the same problem and Java tool is since in situ, so it can't be that, have reloaded Java twice now but it still does it.

i have the same thing happen to me.it says loading 36% then goes yellow i tryed 6 or 7 times.one time it loaded and thats it.grab needs to fix it.

i agree. however, i guess grab does not. cause they sure haven't fixed it yet, have they? i miss my wild wild words! i want it back! can i hear an AMEN?

I must say, although I take no joy in finding out there are others who are having the same problem as me, I am however somewhat relieved to find that it is not just me! I really thought it was my comp's fault - been doing allsorts of updates & checks etc.! Surely Grab must do something about this?!!

What is it doing? I know that when I key the play button and then it goes to the loading blue screen,
it then goes to the start page.At that point,it shows the chatt room to the right and usually a grey screen before it turns gold and shows the final loading bar.
It is at this time, once the loading bar is almost complete it will blink and not load (CORRECT)?

What I do is as soon as the chat room shows up I then key (F11) on the key board.Do this before the load bar shows up!If it blinks repeat the process as many times as needed it will eventually go through!!

i already had the shockwave, and everything i needed to play it, and everything was updated as well. so, that was not the problem. but guess what! today, i had a challenge, and i tried to play it, and the game loaded this time! i got to play!!!!! i guess for some reason, Grab decided to fix the problem. how all of you? can you play it yet?

i got another challenge in it! i'm loving it! as i said before doing my happy dance!

So frustrating, i love this game and try to play everyday but i cant. I get the red cross too, I dont know whats happened cos i used to be able to play it but now i cant get in!!!

I got the same deal on almost half of the games I clicked to play.  I think it is a universal problem on the grab web site and should be resolved by the creators.

This seems to be a general  problem. At first I was unable to get beyond the yellow screen, which was very fustrating as I had numerous challenges. then suddenly to opened OK. now somedays it will open, others it won't. I've reported the problem, but now response.

I cant play it either. i dunno wots going on but its weird - wot do i do?

i get a red cross in the corner of the screen. pleez help me i really wanna play this game

Most of everyone's problems for not being able to play a game is, you need to have a Sun Java console(program) to run the game. I had this problem up until then. Now I can play every game available from Grab.

Try using a differant browser for the internet like etscape or firefox.
