Does anyone know why my chat won't load?  If I try to cancel chat, it pops up with an error for Adobe Flash Player 9.  Any ideas please?

I get that sometimes, so I have Adobe Flash player, it's a free software

i have adobe flash player too, mine doesnt work sometimes, its a server connection problem not adobe flash player,
