Hi all, is anyone else having trouble with this game. When I go in to it, all it does is tell me that I finished the first level.......This is one of my favorite games....I hope it gets fixed soon.....

I`ve been having that same problem whenever I try to play Goldminer:Vegas including tonight. I hope it does get fixed.

for the last 3 days mine wont load at all chat comes up but all i get is the dude with the bat and ball for evaaaaaaa nothing happens after that ,

It worked fine yesterday, now today it's doing the same thing to me.
Click play...then just get a "you have made it to the next level" screen.
I've updated Java, cleaned the temp files, restarted my computer...nothing seems to be helping.
GRRRRRrrrrr ANNOYING!

i am having the same problem also there seems to be a lag on the grab every so often which uses up a lot of time hope they fix it soon

Some of the problems you are experiencing can be resolved by deleting temporary internet files and cookies, by updating your Flash player, trying a different browser. Unfortunately, lag happens to everyone at some point in time - it has to do with servers and load times, this can either be at the user's end or at Grab's end. If you are using dial-up, you may have the hardest time of all getting games to load and it may take a simple refresh of the game page (F5) to get it to load properly. If all else fails, send us an E-mail using the 'contact us' link and let us know what you've tried so far.

Gold Miner Vegas was not working for me for many months before (blank chat page where you couldn't answer or challenge anyone) - loading but when I clicked on Play, it states that I went to next level without even playing. After writing to Grab so many times, it finally started working about 2 months ago. Now for the last 3 or 4 weeks, the same thing is happening. I have dial-up - I always clean out my cache, delete temp files, have latest shockwave installed, so again the problem is Grab. This is one of my favorite games which I cannot play anymore again - the same as Cubis, which I have not been able to play ever since Grab changed their format and every letter states the same thing - that it is my computer. Never had problems before the new format. Still waiting to hear a response from Grab regarding Cubis and now I'm sure I'll hear the same response about Gold Miner Vegas, which is always useless. It's been a long time since I sent in the information that Grab requested about Cubis, but still no word. What is the use of complaining when you don't get any satisfaction. I was so happy just to get Gold Miner Vegas back again, only to be taken away again. Grab has to own up to their responsibility that every complaint is not their player's computers but Grab itself. I know this letter will not get me any satisfaction again. I will not be happy until I get Cubis and Gold Miner Vegas back again. I've already started playing at other sites since I've become very frustrated with Grab not being able to get me Cubis back and now I'm not able to play Gold Miner Vegas. There is nothing wrong with my computer and I do follow directions. The fault is at Grab and it should be thoroughly looked into and fixed ASAP. I'm tired of writing in with no response or satisfaction or when I do, stating that it is my computer. Just look at all the complaints, especially since Grab did a new format - something definitely wrong!!!!

Still not working, just like it did before for a few months - same thing as the others - no chat page for you to challenge or answer challenges - click play and it tells you that you went to the next level without even playing, then freezes. Did all the things suggested, as always, wrote to Grab before with no response, so what is the use? Grab does not respond and does not fix these games when they see so many complaints. And refreshing doesn't work either. I give up on my 2 favorite games: Gold Miner: Vegas and Cubis which has not worked for me since Grab changed the site which has been a long time now and I can't recall how long ago I wrote to them before about Cubis and am still waiting for a response. This game site has not been the same since the changes were made and I'm tired of Grab blaming it on everyone's computer. Just fix the problems at Grab's end if you want consumers to keep playing here.

This game is not working, page keeps freezing. You get ready to play, the cart isn't there or else if it is it freezes. Youl lose the challenge and you can't even play. Games need to be working if they want people to join this site!!
