You're not the only frustrated user. I had to open up another account in order to get chat to open more regularly... friends on grab have done the same. This game is still not working, although it's been months since I tried it on Windows XP (I'm on Windows Vista now), so I won't be back for "thirds."
Another issue is that chat and/or the game won't open; I log off Grab and they pop right up. That proves it is NOT my setup or my computer at fault but that Grab is somehow blocking my account. I think their filters need a little work.
