if anyone one is having problems with there chat all i get is server connection failed hints welcome ty

I can't get anything to work right. Game loads and enters at wrong spot and won't procede. No reply from Customer Service. I have problems every so often with no apparent change at my end. I always figure there's technically difficulties but they are slow to correct them.

.its the same for me..server failed and yesterday it worked all day...

My chat is also saying server connection failed in all the games except pool ... UGGGG grab has issues

same thing keeps happening to me and i am getting sick of it. i can barly get on as it is, being busy and all,and i dont have the time for this.

Annoying is a pleasant word for it, as mine are not fit to put here...
Games wouldnt work correctly and now chat wont....can we get the two in conjuction PLEASE

the chat is never on whether its on digby's donuts or on gold miner there's something wrong but i dont know why they dont fix it because ive sent the website complaints about this several times which is really crazy. maybe ill have 2 find anotha website

I have been unable to play gold miner vegas for several months now.  Chat coming up doesn't bother me since I no longer talk to anyone, but you can't play the game unless chat comes up. Also why can't you earn grabbles in all games instead of just a few.  I play paulo and trivia.  Chat comes up in paulo but you can't talk in there anyway so who needs it.  I wish chat in gold miner vegas could be fixed so I could once again play my favorite game and not have to go to another site to play.

My chat works.
But there is really no point going on it,
no one is chatting.

the reason why is because you have two firewalls.

I only have one firewall.  Chat was working fine one day then gone the next.  I changed nothing on my pc.  Has to be something else.  I don't even get chat server failed.  Nothing but a blue blank screen.

Same Problem: Chat does not work and connection failed. Can't challenge and once the game is loaded and you click "Play", it tells you that you reached the 2nd level when you didn't even play the 1st leve. I agree that the response from Grab Customer Service takes very long and is not useful anyway. Been dealing with Grab for the game of Cubis since they upgraded their site, and still cannot play that game (GFX Error) - wish they would explain exactly what GFX Error is???? and it's not my Java, like they always say after a response which takes about a month or two.

With all the complaints grab has received, I've seen no one doing a thing about it. No one seems to care.  Give us back the grab we once had.  It's been going downhill since VIP started.  If I had a membership and was having these peoblems, I'd be asking for my money back.  good luck everyone.  I'll never do an update again either.  It just gets worse, if that's possible.

Logged in, tried to pull up social room chat (4 times) Nothing Happened. Would not work. had this same problem a few weeks ago, thought it was corrected.  GRAB....What is the problem????
