I can't grasp how people can get scores in the 30,000 range...anybody feel like sharing any tips with us all???? Thanx in advance....

you gjust play it wisely. I have gotten over 100.000 on goldminers vegas

They can with other games but not with this one. This game is only a limited version of it and you must become VIP member to play the full game.

i always go for the diamonds and big pressies first, then i start and buy the extra time to grab more pressies and blue ice freeze ,for later on in the game to get the baubles when the ice men and hansel come to stop them grabbing it all good luck

I used to average @ 4000 now it's 8 at a minimum with routine games of 15,000. IF I were better at getting the ornament bonus that could easily double since you can get it twice. Each time you earn it is 2000, so there's 4000 already. 
  Always buy the extra time. This gives you at least 30% more time. Anything that gives you more effective time, strength tonic and stronger rope also give you more time since the lifting is faster.
  Shooting the hook without waiting for it to go back and forth saves time. It's good occassionally to just get something close han to let it swing all the way from one side to other and back. And shooting across the screen takes 2 seconds to go one way. Those misses really eat up the clock.
  Freezing the elves is great if they have things you want or to prevent them from blowing up good stuff. So far I think they stay frozen for the entire level.

I'm good at GM Vegas; my P.B. is over 28,000. My trick is if your after grabbles, not a high score then go for the grab bags and vise versa. Also, if you're $1,000 over the target score, I buy items, like steel rope, strength drnk, and sometimes explosives if its cheap. I hope this helps you out. I am not a VIP.

This is in reply to Diamondsnlace, there are quite a few levels on the full version i have finished them all there are xmas trees with diamonds on and pressies and other fun extra bonus point round BUT you only get them when you collect all the baubles from the rounds that have them and there are yettys and hansel also in this version which if you buy the freeze you can freeze them and grab the goodies instead of them hope this helps.

Ok I am not sure what you mean I have got the presents and the little bulbs on every round and still have not seen the extra stuff your talking about my friend.

I always go for the big presents, and jewels. when buying purchase extra mins,strength tonic, and gable to lift the heavier objects. also the snow globes if cheap help freeze elves when they are caring jewels so that you can catch them.

Here's the SCOOP on the full VIP vs. the regular game. The full game is the Deluxe version. THe scores on the delux version don't count for the limited , non-vip version. In order to get he higher(est) scores you should not buy anything and must figure out how to get the bonus ornaments eveytime. Do not go after the grabbles because they sap too much time from getting the ornaments or the high value point targets. There is no real trick other than experience and prcatice. Having the screen resolution set low (larger picture) will help you aim though. Good Luck !

I'll tell you what I know.  Hopefully it helps.  I only do the tourneys and can go over $31k consistently but I wouldn't know anything about the VIP levels.

Buying items
a.  I always buy strength and, if it's cheap, time. 
b.  Never buy the cable unless it's an ornament level and you can't get strength.
c. Dynomite - I will only buy this if I have less than 2 or it's really cheap. 
d.  Clover - I will only buy this if its under $20.
e.  Diamond Juice - Always on level 3, 5, 6, and 7.  Sometimes on the Ornament levels depending on the scenario and price. 
f.  Freeze globes - Always get a 2nd one on the $643 scenario.  It it's cheap, I'll get it on the other one.

There's 2 different scenarios.  One starts with a 396 goal.  The other is 643.  I score higher with the 643.  Level 6 and 7 are the biggest reason.  I'm usually at about the same score either way on level 5 and 6.  I tend to get the better bonus levels with this scenario.

396
1st level
Work from right to left.

2nd level - I usually will buy strength or time but not both unless cheap.  If there the same, I usually go with Strength.

3rd level - Always buy diamond unless it's over $600. 

4th level - Ornament Level - Always buy time and strength if possible.  If strength is not, get the cable.  If diamond juice is under $200 I'll get it. 
Boards - Usually its either the one with a yellow box in the middle and a green box on the right or the Yellow box in the middle right with a bomb ahead of it.  Make sure you get the jingle balls, but you'll also need to get 2 diamonds or the yellow box. 

Level 5 - Always buy the diamond juice!  There's 5 diamonds on this board.  Maybe strength and time if there cheap. 

Level 6 - Buy the diamond Juice.  there's 2-3 diamonds on this level. 

Level 7 - Diamond Juice again. 

Level 8 - Ornament Level - Get the time, strength or cable, and juice if it's cheap. 

Scenario $643 - Make sure to get another blue thingy because you'll probably need 2. 
Level 1 - Work left to right.  Get the grab bag on the left before the green box.

Level 2 - Get the strength and time if it's cheap.  I won't buy the Juice because at best there's 1 diamond.

Level 3 - Strength or time.  Both if they are cheap.  Diamond juice is good under $600.  There will be either 2 or 3 diamonds.

Level 4 - Ornament level.  Time and strength or cable.  Diamond if it's cheap.  Oil if it's cheap or you can't get time.  Probably going to be the one with the the green box blocking a jingle ball. 

Level 5 - Buy the diamond juice and time or strength but not if they're over $300.  I work right to left.  Be careful with the bombs and make sure you get the diamonds.  red boxes are bonuses.

Level 6 - Buy the strength.  You'll have elves with wheelbarrows.  More than likely you'll have to use a freeze globe to freeze them to pick them up.  Us a dyno stick to blow them up. 

Level 7 - Diamond juice, strength and time.  Make sure you have at least 2 dynos going into this level.  If you get the one with all the stumps.  Pick up the grab bag under the fruit cake and then the one on the right first.  Hopefully you get a spike or super claw. 

Level 8 - Time, Strength for sure.  Diamond juice if its' not too spendy. 

You'll need to be around $27k by the end of this level to get over $30k.  It's definitely possible.  The biggest gaining levels are obviously the bonus and ornament levels, but also 5, 6, and 7.  If you get a diamond juice on level 5, you have real possibility to get up there.  Be frugal on what you spend, a lot of times you won't need it.  Time is a big one where you can save.  If it's $250, make sure you can get at least that in the last 15 seconds.  On a lot of levels, you have the big payouts done by then and are working on blue boxes and gold. 

Learn how to approach each level.  If you get a system down for each level, you can maximize the value you get.  For example:  On the level with the green box in the middle surrounded buy little poop things and the 3 elves with diamonds; I clear out the middle before shooting at the diamonds.  You'll have enough time, plus it's easier than threading the needle at a moving target.

Here's my goals by level up to the last ornament level.

Level 1 - 1400
Level 2 - 3200
Level 3 - 5500
Level 4 plus bonus - 13000
Level 5 - 18000
Level 6 - 20500

You are truly awesome for taking the time to respond to my original question...some answers were not applicable at all...I kinda play this way already but you do a couple of things different so I will be trying your way & am excited to see how my score changes....Thank you again for your time & contributions!!!!

When you get grabbles in this game say 200 for
the grab bags, does that total automatically add into
your total grabbles on your profile page or is it only a portion?

I notice when you create your own tournaments that Grab.com takes 50% of your total grabbles
you ask ppl to pay to play.

I also tried to play Text Twist and Bounce out
games and was unable to get them to load.
All I get is a small box in the upper left hand
corner with an "x" inside.  I did get my grabbles
back once when this happened for a tourney when
I emailed the moderators.
Now I am smarter and try to play the game first
before entering the tourney
