All I get is a black screen. I have tried everything. Its odd because my boyfriend can play the game on 1 of his 2 computers but not the other one, and I cannot play it on my computer. He tried updating Java and still nothing. Please help if you can. I love to play this game everyday and have not been able to for 2 weeks now. Thank You for any suggestions.

I am having the same problem.  I can play all the other games but not solitaite.  When I play the other games I get a big screen and can't see the high scores.  I am getting ticked.  I love playing these games and I have lost 150 grabbles trying to get in the tournaments.  I complained but got no where.  I also tried to download the Java again and my computer said I already had the current version.  I see other people playing and all I get is the black screen. 

Me too grrrrr.

The reason you get a big screen and can't see you high scores is because you computer screen resolution is not set correctly.

Contact grab. Thats how I got them to fix it. I could not play for weeks now I can play again.
