Last time(s) I'd played Text Twist, it was free and it was online.  Now it won't load, instead tells me I need to BUY the game and I have to download it as well. 
There are way too many free, online games to mess with this stupidity; thanks anyway Grab.com!  See ya around.... NOT!

I can still play it for free... It has the option of buying the 'full version', but I've been playing the  'demo' for a while and I don't know what's missing.

Yes, T.T. is still free.  If you want to play it free and are having trouble here, there are other game sites you can go to.

i haven't been able to play a tournament in a while  Is it a gliche or do you have to PAY to play now

I can't get text twist to load either. Is there a problem with it? I can't play it.

People having trouble with loading text twist? Don't feel alone, I'm in the same boat!

I was playing text free for some time, and suddenly the last two days all I get is a black screen instead of a playing field. Is this what is happening to you all?

Did you figure out what your problem was? I see you hosted a tournament today.

that is wat happened to me! except i redownloaded another flash player and works for me fine

You need to update your Java. I had the same problem. The new one opens very slowly, but does allow free play of text twist.

It was a combination of old java and a expired licence between grab and gamehouse. It works now, but opens very slowly.
