I am stuck on number 19 I hav eno clue as to what is taking place can u break it down for me please more explanations??Thank you once again

no 19: first go all the way outside then when your
facing the entry door go 1 step left then click on the small wall you see use crowbar on the manhole cover go down turn the wheel then return to the flooded basement and activate the pump if you have attached the hose to it wait till the waters gone get key.
