I have not been able to download this game for two days.  I have tried to e-mail Grab.com, but the message states "unknown".  I have cleaned up my files and a host of other things.  Please, can someone help?  I would be appreciative.  Thanks.

When this happened to me, I restarted computer and was able to load game.  Good luck.  Patti

Thanks for answering my message.  I have tried this; loaded a new flash player; erase files, etc.,but to no avail.  I have even emailed the
site and not received help or even an answer.  I really appreciate hearing from you.  Thank you.
