Aiming is very important in this game. The background is dark and you have to wait until they are pretty close to you to shoot. Make sure the aim is right on your target. I like the game. Patience is a virtue  .

It must be peoples old computers because my new widescreen is not dark. I can see them the second they come out.

I can't see them till they get half way, and i still can't blow it up! how do you play it and win a level?

I think it's made like that. I can't see them till half way either. everyone says the same thing. I get to level 4 and they start coming in 3's and are bigger too. by then i can just get 3 turrents up. i die right away then because i only have like 12% life and life only goe's up 2% every level you win.

Bad design, I have new flat panel monitor and I can't see them that well. Can't read the stuff on bottom to know how or what to buy or power up.
Bad bad bad game design. Good concept just not good design. Could be a great game if they put more into the colour and design. Like why not make those asteroids yellow, red something to see them. And, be able to read things.

the reason that you can't see them till it is almost too late is because your vision field doesn't reach that far. you have to upgrade it if you want to see farther.

I buy 2 extra platforms and 2 turrets, and upgrade my vision field. It works pretty well for me.

dont conserve ammo just keep the left mouse button pressed and sweep from side to side
i started with radar plus 1 then i got lucky and could upgrade and buy both cannon 1 and 3 at the same time after that i upgraded visibility to max
bought the cluster missile next for the middle gun then after that the auto turrets and after the turrets i got blue laser for cannon 1 then red for cannon 3 then switched to antimatter bombs for cannon 2 and blue laser for cannon 3
on final lvl i had max radar wiev 2 turrets 3 cannons(1 and 3 w blue laser and cannon 2 with antimatter bombs)
