I am unable to play Cubis either, a game which I never had problems before. I tried answering challenges and today, I tried challenging someone else. It loads but after I click "Play Now", I get a large blue square with a red "x" in the left hand corner. This also happens with Text Twist, which I never had problems with before. These all started when you changed the site. I know there are a few more games this happens with, but can't recall the games right now!!! I do have dial-up, my java is up-to-date and I clean out my cache every day. This problem is not with all our computers - it is with Grab - and it is time that Grab realizes this and listens to their members and fix this problem once and for all. Thank you for listening.

Just found another game besides Cubis, Text Twist in which I get the blue square with a red x on the left side. It is "BOUNCE OUT". That is 3 games that I cannot play with this red "x". When is it going to be fixed by Grab??????

I just installed Java and I am getting the same error message as you are getting now. Before I just got a blue box with a red "x" in the left hand corner. Now what?????

I have not been able to play Cubis ever since Grab has updated the site. I first wrote on this site on 12/12/07. Also, wrote to Grab Customer Service. Did everything they said, but now all I get is the GFX Loading Error! My Java has been updated. This is my favorite game and I have been very aggravated that Grab has not fixed this glitch in this game. It is not our computers, it is Grab!!!!!!

Same problem with that GFX error, except I get it all the time and only with Cubis. It isn't java nor our computers, it is  Grab!!!!!!! This is my favorite game and I haven't been able to play it since Grab updated their site. Ditto from me! What gives Grab??????

I'm getting that red x in the upper left corner too.  My computer is up to date on java.  I don't think so many people's computers are to blame.

I have done everything you said again and again and again and I still cannot play Cubis. I have not been able to play Cubis since the site was changed, which has been a long time now. I just contacted Grab again but I know I will get their standard e-mail. I get the "GFX Loading Error" every time I try to play. I just updated my Java again. What is it going to take for Grab to realize that the members are not complaining because they have nothing else to do. There is a glitch in this game and it is up to Grab to fix it to keep their members happy. I never had a problem with Cubis before the changes. Now, why is that? Grab has to fix this game once and for all and stop blaming members for not having their Java updated or their cache cleared out or their temp files cleaned out, etc. It has all been done and Cubis is not working. It is one of my favorite games and I now go to different sites because I am frustrated with Grab for their indifference to this problem. The answer is for Grab to look into this thoroughly and fix the game now. Thank You.

I too, have played Cubis for a few years, since site update it freezes on me........yet, I can go to Yahoo.com and play the game fine......must be Grab.com
