Easter egging will not load completely.I have tried everything to get it to load and on top of that I have lost my hard earned grabbles due to this.Can anyone help me please?

I've had the same problem and all i could do was start over several times before it would load and this is the only game i have had problems with.I'm sorry i couldn't help.

i'm having a problem too. it loads but sometimes it says i've made it to the next level when i never did anything. but other times it shows the actual screen of the games with the eggs but i can't do anything. i click my mouse the keyboard key and it still doesn't work for me

Maybe your computer has viruses?

No virus I run a scan about every 2 to 3 days and it would not let other games load.

Same problems here.  Sometimes game loads, but parts of game are missing.  It's frustrating.  I have tried to reload over and over again and it still doesn't work. 

I posted a query on the site feedback message board because I was experiencing all of the above problems.  Here is the response I received:

Check your Flash player software is up to date.
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/

clear your cache & cookies.

I have just checked the game and its working fine.

I thanked him for his quick response but have NO idea how to check my version of Flash player.  Hope this helps you guys

I can see you and Chief rolling your eyes the way my son does when I have a problem .... sorry ... Without revealing my age, you have to understand that I learned to type on a MANUAL typewriter .... all this computer stuff is totally alien to me!  What I can't understand is ... why can I play a lot of games on grab but have difficulty loading others?

You may need to uninstall any old versions of adobe or other flash player. That way, when you click to run a game which needs, like EE, the PC will prompt you. I did a post in my blog about some basic PC Tips, which have helped me keep my PC working good, and which you may need to do, to clear any problems you have now and then hopefully you'll access not only EE but all the other games good! I have IE ver. 6 but use firefox ver.l.0.5.9 as my 'usual' browser.  I have a feeling that using IE is more compatible to the games in grab ..... ?  It's really not a biggie .... just wanted to try and help the numerous other players who seem to be having the same problem

I had problems yesterday where the game would load but the guy didn't have a plunger. And sometimes the guy wasn't even there.
Today I played alright, and now it's not working again. I tried the updating and cache clearning and all that but it's still the same.

sometimes i have that problem. but to fix it try pressing the tab button while clicking on the link for the game it always works for me and it should work for you to

Just to add a small note here both IE and firefox are out of date
the current versions are IE7.0.5730.11 & Firefox/2.0.0.3
and if both are not up to date, I would also guess windows
is not up to date, all your programs need to be keep
up to date  to stop the bugs and let you load the games.

I know we have many bugs on grab at present but the programmers
can only test them with the current version of software.
you will find your cache (temp files) is filling up fast and you will need
to clear it each day.

i get the same problem sometimes too but only when i first play.
i've noticed that i have to wait for the green loading thing (on the bottom right hand side of the computer screen) to fully load then wait for the bottom left hand side to say done befor i click the start button.
