it's real strange I never had any problems playing this game. The screen is black even thought the chatroom works. I have install the Shockwave, java and the Flash  Player, went throught the Internet Explorer internet options, still a black. the only thing I can think of is I might need to install the Active X but where do i get it? Please help. Thanks

I've got all the needed installments, and it is still black screen. It wasn't earlyer today.
I hate it when those things happen!

I have been having the same problem since Tuesday afternoon.  Have either of you sent a message for help?  I miss my shape shifter whaaaaaaa!!

I have sent a message to tech support and still haven't heard from them. I miss shape shifter!!
